The CBI Academy is located at Hapur Road, Kamla Nehru Nagar, Ghaziabad (Uttar Pradesh) – 201002 (India). It is spread over 26.5 acres of lush green field and with covered areas consisting of the Administrative, Academic, Hostel and Residential Blocks.

Climate of Ghaziabad is more or less similar to the climate of Delhi.

From 09.30 AM to 06.00 PM - Monday to Friday

It is strongly recommended that outstation participants for the course should reach Delhi/Ghaziabad in the evening prior to the commencement of the Course. However, the reporting for participants should not be later than 0930 Hrs. on the day of the commencement of the course.

Participants arriving for the Course shall report to reception at Officer’s Hostel for accommodation. The Academy has adequate arrangements of boarding/lodging for all level of participants. Officers are advised not to bring their families while attending the Course without prior confirmation from CBI Academy.

Officers are not required to attend the Course in uniform. However, T-shirts, sports shoes etc. may be avoided during training. Officers may attend the Course in civil clothes.

Officers are required to wear shoes and proper dress while coming to the Lunch/Dinner and in any case they should not put on Chappals, Night Suits, Lungi etc. in the mess and main Academy premises.

The CBI Academy has a well stocked library and reading room having large number of periodicals. The participants may like to avail of this facility. Reading material for the Course is supplied on arrival.

24 hrs. Internet facility is available in the Administrative Block and Officer's Hostel.

Participants can leave the Academy immediately after the Valedictory Address on the concluding day of the Course i.e. around 6.00 P.M. They can leave the same day by late evening flight/trains. However it is advisable not to plan journey on the same day if the departure time of the train/flight from Delhi is before 8.00 PM.
